1 - The Indiana Queen Care Volume Reducer Gloss is a professional hair treatment designed to reduce volume while leaving hair soft, smooth, and radiant. Formulated with an organic amino acid base and completely free of formaldehyde, it is safe for chemically treated hair. This gloss delivers a long-lasting smoothing effect without damaging the hair structure, conditioning and treating the strands. One kit can provide up to 15 applications depending on hair length, leaving hair healthy, hydrated, frizz-free, and with a lasting shine.

2 - Balm pH Neutralizer
Included in the kit, the Balm pH Neutralizer restores the hair and scalp’s natural pH balance, preventing breakage, dryness, and unpleasant odors caused by chemical treatments. It helps reconnect disulfide bonds, replenishes nutrients and lipids lost during chemical processes, and prolongs the results of smoothing or progressive treatments. Using the neutralizer after chemical procedures is essential to maintain strong, healthy hair.

3 - Multifunctional Reconstruction Mask
The kit also contains a Multifunctional Reconstruction Mask that deeply nourishes and restores hair, suitable for all hair types: straight, wavy, curly, and afro. Retouching is recommended every 3–4 months on new growth only, preserving the smooth-treated strands.

Important Notes

• Not compatible with henna or hair bleaching.

• Avoid use on blonde hair, especially platinum shades, to prevent fading.

How to Use

1. Perform a strand and allergy test to check hair resistance and potential reactions.

2. Wash hair: use Anti-Residue Shampoo for resistant hair or Moisturizing Shampoo for fine, dry, or porous hair. Massage until foamy, rinse, and repeat if needed.

3. Dry hair completely. Apply Step 1 – Volume Reducer Gloss strand by strand, avoiding the scalp. Cover with a thermal cap for 40 minutes (adjust based on hair resistance), then leave another 20 minutes without the cap. Rinse 30% of the product.

4. Dry hair fully. Divide into thin sections and flat iron up to 15 times per strand, from root to tip, until the desired smoothness is achieved. Let hair cool and rinse all product out.

5. Wash with a moisturizing shampoo while damp. Apply Step 2 – Balm pH Neutralizer from root to tip, massage, leave for 10 minutes, then rinse.

6. Apply the Multifunctional Reconstruction Mask strand by strand, massage, leave for 10 minutes, then rinse. Use a thermal protector before styling, dry gently, and lightly seal ends with a low-temperature flat iron.
